Details des Orbea Alma M51
OMR – Orbea Monocoque Race (OMR) Rahmen kombinieren hochmodulare und hochfeste Carbonfasern mit einem Standard-Layup, um so das Verhältnis von Steifigkeit zu Gewicht zu optimieren. Der Einsatz des sogenannten Bladder-Molding-Verfahrens mit EPS-Formen und Polyurethane-Einsätze (PU) an Steuerrohr und Tretlager vermeidet Falten und Unebenheiten in kritischen Bereichen des Rahmens. Gleichzeitig kann so Carbon eingespart werden, ohne die Stärke des Rahmens zu beeinträchtigen.
ICR – Die Kabel werden gezielt so durch das Innere des Rahmens geführt, das nichts reibt oder klappert. Dabei ist die Kabelführung sowohl für mechanische als auch elektronische Schaltungen optimiert.
